UUC and Blacksburg Presbyterian Church are sponsoring this 90-minute workshop via Zoom. During this time, our congregations will come together with the common goal of identifying, reflecting on, and ultimately, interrupting racism in ourselves and our organizations. A significant focus of this space will be to: Raise white consciousness, uncover internalized white supremacy, learn how one shows up in whiteness, identify microaggressions and practice micro interventions, and work to interrupt racism in ourselves and our communities.
