Spiritual Practice Groups & Classes
Start or deepen your meditation practice. Centering words and basic instruction are followed by sitting practice. Non-experienced and experienced meditators are welcome. Meets Tuesday evenings 5:00-6:00 p.m.

For many years, free yoga classes have been held at UUC. The sessions are generally lightly strenuous though participants can adjust the poses or stretches to match their level of experience or fitness. The sessions are held each Wednesday from 5:30 – 6:30 PM outdoors, weather permitting. Bring your own mat or use one the mats that are provided for you. Feel free to drop in.
