  • Middle-School Youth Group

This group is for students in sixth through eighth grades and meets two Fridays per month in the evening. Because the middle-school youth also participate in the Sunday morning RE program, this group's purpose is to provide social activities and social-action projects. Guidance is provided by approved adult volunteers.

  • High-School Teen Youth Group

The Young Religious Unitarian Universalists, or YRUU, is for high-school-aged young adults. The YRUU is a youth-directed group that meets each Sunday evening to explore UU values in relation to topics that the youth find pertinent. Emphasis is on community building and service, leadership development, worship, fellowship, and social activities. Guidance is provided by adult youth advisors who may use UU curricula for teens as part of the program.

The YRUU has traditionally led one Congregational service during the year. They have also provided community services and support for congregational events.

For further information, see the YRUU Home Page.
